One way to know you are using great products is the quality of your life and health. Consistent use has given me high energy and a feeling of wellbeing. The real test came when I had a fall on an all day hike at Yosemite. After an exciting mountain rescue, it was determined that I had a fracture of my ankle and came back from vacation in a temporary cast. The Orthopedic doctor at home, told me I would need surgery for this type of fracture and I would need to be in a cast about 5-6 months ( considering my advanced age, Ha!) the prognosis was not good.  To make a long story short, I did not get the surgery, was out of the cast in 45 days from the date of the injury, I needed no physical therapy and was able to complete my 2005 Half Marathon 7 months after my fall.
